This is a beautifully designed TV.
Many of the forms are easily accessible.
AnyConnect (which allows one device to another, like the Sony Bravia, but for the Samsung) works fine control. Nothing great, but it works.
You can save your favorite channels quickly and easily switch to other inputs, play MP3 files and JPG files via USB … You know, all those things you expect from a very nice TV. There is not much of surprise. Video not neededadjustment options for me out of the box, but there were many of them.

The've been on television more than three years and had absolutely no problem. I'm not familiar with the Black Screen of Death others mentioned in their reviews. The problems of lack of experience, I am not familiar with LG's repair and maintenance.
I do not mean that the newer model for almost all brands with similar features may be much less than the current retail price for this pay model in particular. It was originally sold on this TV$ 1,000.
I would recommend LG products in other categories of electronic as well.

My husband and I have been looking for several months for a larger tv to replace our very good Samsung 32″ 1080i LCD. At last we’ve found it! The picture is awesome, the screen has a thicker glare shield than the other tv’s we’ve looked at. Giving the picture great color and depth.
After comparing this unit right next to a Sony and Sharp, that cost more we were hooked. I did take the time to do some homework and found that this unit was given 4 or 5 stars across the board on many ratings sites as well.

We purchased this TV as soon as the 2010 models were available.
The Amazon purchasing experience was what we have come to expect: easy, with delivery as expected.
