Works great as a TV monitor - the poor. He ordered me to use as a monitor for my laptop as a TV. However, only a computer can use the resolution is 800×600, which is the 19 "display is too coarse and made me hurt my eyes. I woke up with Maganavox Tech and admitted that there is a problem. Am I came back hours shopping for a monitor with TV tuner.

My husband and I have been looking for several months for a larger tv to replace our very good Samsung 32″ 1080i LCD. At last we’ve found it! The picture is awesome, the screen has a thicker glare shield than the other tv’s we’ve looked at. Giving the picture great color and depth.

After comparing this unit right next to a Sony and Sharp, that cost more we were hooked. I did take the time to do some homework and found that this unit was given 4 or 5 stars across the board on many ratings sites as well.

Magnavox 15MF605T 15-Inch LCD Flat Panel TV

I was given this tv as a Christmas gift in 2005. It is actually a nice, lightweight, compact, flatscreen tv. The picture is great and it hooks up nicely to your pc as a monitor too. I even had it mounted on my wall in my workout room and it looked great. The downside is the volume tuner is so bad. I once had it to its highest output and the volume was still so low. The only thing to do is turn the volume down to the lowest and turn off your tv and cable/satellite receiver box. Then turn it back on and try turning the volume up, frequently it will adjust to sound louder but what a pain (this will really drive you crazy). I finally hooked it up to a small shelf stereo system I had and connected the tv audio to the stereo so it was like surround sound and the stereo receiver became the volume control (thank goodness!).
